Living in your best body looks and feels different for everyone and there is no one right or wrong way to do it.

I love helping people discover what happy and healthy means to them.

My path into fitness was unconventional. I discovered training with a purpose when I began playing roller derby at the age of 26, and needing to get strong to keep up with the rigors of such a physical sport!

I experienced an important and life changing paradigm shift around what my time in a gym could do for me in my discovery of strength training. My passion has grown into a rewarding career of helping people discover themselves through their own strength journeys. I am so grateful to get to share this passion with you and love the experience of helping folks that are new to strength training find their own power, confidence and purpose in the gym.

 

I recognize most people look at coaches and trainers and assume exercise and a healthy lifestyle comes naturally to them.

I am here to assure you that is not always the case.

Having run the gamut of going in and out of various stages of fitness my whole life, 10+ years of disordered eating, and an early adulthood that was directionless and lacking in ambition of any kind, I understand what it's like to have this whole ‘exercise and diet thing’ not come easily or naturally.

I have spent my last 8 years in this industry developing myself as a coach that can help those new to the journey overcome the mental hurdles that hold us back from reaching true potential.

Understanding the how, the what and why of nutrition, habit change, proper training techniques, and the like are equally important tools in getting great results and making lifelong change. I have a high standard for what my clients do during their training sessions with me.

I’m not afraid to push clients and am very confident in my ability to continually progress and challenge my clients in safe and creative ways.

 

Each client receives:

a nutrition plan

sample menus

daily food log

strength and cardio workouts to do on their own

stretching and corrective routines

and unlimited support between sessions
