Growing up in a large Italian family, it was very customary to eat everything on your plate and then some. Our house was never deprived of treats and in hindsight I grew up not understanding the importance of moderation and portion control. Trying all of the latest fad diets, I fluctuated up and down in weight throughout my teen years and inevitably would find myself feeling defeated. As a result, I struggled with low self-esteem and suffered from body image issues.
It's about more than numbers on a scale. It's about more than weight loss.
Over time, I realized the importance of proper nutrition and being consistently active in order to achieve and sustain a healthy lifestyle. After experiencing my own transformation, I made the transition from an accounting career to a personal trainer because I’m extremely passionate about helping others lead more fulfilling lives and achieving their dreams. During my own self-discovery and while working with all different types of clients, one thing has become apparent; there is no such thing as a one size fits all approach. It is truly about finding the balance in life and figuring out what works for you.
I am dedicated to helping you determine the best approach to achieve more balance in life and reach your unique goals.
