Losing Weight, Gaining Confidence
When I started working with Julian I weighed over 280 pounds, and was desperate for change. Julian met me where I was at, coaching me with nutrition, physical exercise and encouragement. He was supportive, encouraging and, most importantly to me at that time, non-judgmental. Looking back at where I was a year ago, most important to me at that point in my life, Julian was honest while remaining compassionate and professional.
Julian broke things down for me in a manner that was easy for me to understand, and helped me break my nutrition and exercise goals down to manageable, realistic benchmarks while providing accountability and reinforcement, without being overbearing or pushy.
Fast-forward 10 months later, I have lost over 60 pounds and continue to implement new and stimulating activities that keep me engaged in my new way of life. Julian’s program in not one of the thousands of crash diets I have tried over the course of my life. He provided me with an outlet for a new way of life whose benefits reach far beyond my general health.
Never in my life did I ever imagine that I would embrace this way of living. I am eternally grateful for Julian’s help and would encourage people to utilize his services.
